Blue Ridge Innovations

Blue Ridge Innovations is a culinary experience with rotating themes to keep things interested. Our three themes are: 

Blue Ridge Bowl- The original. Fresh bowls and unique creations. Offers savory and feel-good meals. 

Elements of Aloha- Island-inspired dishes featuring fresh, tropical flavors. 

Pho Nominal- Traditional Vietnamese soups bursting with bold flavor. 

Blue Ridge Innovations themes will rotate in the order below throughout the semester:

3. Elements of Aloha

Themes will be rotated roughly every 15 days.
