2026-27 Meal Plan Information

On-Campus Residents:

  • Students living on campus will choose a meal plan when signing your housing contract
  • RAs, Hall Directors, and Grace Street Apartment residents may change their meal plan to any on- or off-campus meal plan using this form.

Off-Campus Residents:

  • Off-campus residents may sign up for a 2026-2027 off-campus meal plan any time using this form and will be automatically entered into our sweepstakes!

The earlier you sign up, the more chances you have to win! Two winners will be selected each month. See terms and conditions.

Important Dates about changing or cancelling your off-campus meal plan

April 20-July 3

  • Change your meal plan online (no fee)
  • Cancel your meal plan online (no fee)

July 27-August 14

  • Change or cancel your meal plan online ($20 service fee)
  • Cancel meal plan by phone at 540-568-5754 ($50 service fee)

September 2-September 11

  • Change meal plan online or in person ($20 service fee)
  • Cancel meal plan in person ($50 service fee)
  • Refunds on cancelled plans will be prorated.
